Girls on the Run is more than just a program—it’s a mindset! Summer is a great time to practice kindness, courage, and creativity. Here are easy ways girls can stay connected to their GOTR values all season.
Activities:
Start a “kindness journal” with one act of kindness each day
Make affirmations and tape them to mirrors or water bottles
Volunteer with a family member at a food bank or garden
Create a gratitude collage with photos or drawings
Write a letter to a coach or teammate from the season
Host a lemonade stand to raise funds for a cause
Even when the season ends, our lessons live on. Encourage your girl to lead with heart and stay true to herself all summer long!
